The GS:TMT was my first Speedland purchase as I was looking for another wide toe box shoe with more cushion for trails. After 200+ miles I noticed more wear on some tread than what seemed normal, got in contact with Chris Vaca who explained the TMTs longer lugs weren’t meant for rocky, dry terrain that I have been experiencing in CO recently. He said the GS:PDX with shorter lugs would be a better fit for my terrain. Knowing Speedland had some unused demos, they sent a pair to me to keep me running in Speedlands knowing their product is superior to others on the market for my needs, but also shows they care about keeping runners in the correct shoe! I cannot wait until the next release paved shoe release so I can move over from the big name brands to Speedland to continue supporting a company that supports its customers.

Well-made incredibly comfortable and stylish shoe. I highly recommend this product. My standard 11 1/2 size fit me perfectly and I have a very wide foot and the shoe was incredibly comfortable

I ordered these shoes along with about four other pairs of shoes for 100 miler I had coming up. I paid for overnight shipping, but they ended up getting delayed and arriving a day late. I tried all the shoes on, but these felt right. Now I had no time to break them in and so I wore them out of the box for my 100 miler. I don’t recommend wearing any shoes out of the box, but these were ended up working out great. Excellent grip sand, which I never thought I would say. My feet were protected from all the stones that I accidentally stepped on from the roots that bulged out in the night. From all the missed steps that I took. By the end of the race, the shoes were fully broken in and my feet still felt great.

These guys have a great shoe. Not a ton of miles yet, but they feel great.
