Worth every penny.

Stable, durable, adaptable and extremely comfortable. Used for trail running/training in NM so far. Do not regret the purchase one bit and may order the road shoes next just to give them a shot too! They do feel a little hard with the carbon plate in so I leave the plates out for easy runs.

Loving them so far

Had them about a week so far and did three trail runs (3.5 miles, 8miles, and 20 miles). Just finished the 20 miler feeling FRESH! This run is challenging across all sorts of terrain in the Arizona desert (hard packed dirt, sandy patches, rocky hills, concrete, and asphalt). Ran across all of it with confidence, although the rocky descents always make me nervous.

These things are sweet, glad I gave them a shot. Color is legit too, I wore green and black from head to toe, what a fun time. If durability proves high, my only question from here is whether to get the GS BLK or GL PDX next. The answer may be “both”.

Best Damn Shoes!

I was a tad skeptical having to order expensive shoes without seeing them in person and not being able to try them on, but to say that I am happy is an understatement. I cannot imagine trail running without my Speedland's. I may have to order a pair of GL's for the winter.
